Our First House

Jen and I have had an offer accepted on a townhouse in April Sound (only our favorite subdivision). Thanks to Jen's fantastic research skills we found a great deal on a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, inverted floor plan townhouse (bedrooms are downstairs, living room/kitchen are up) with a balcony overlooking Lake Conroe...well, overlooking some other townhouses that overlook the lake. We have a partial lake view. Partial or not, it's awesome, and we're very excited. We should close at the end of March. Jen will move in shortly after and I will join her in May! It's going to take a little work to get it into the shape we want it, but it's ours and we couldn't be happier! (Pictures to come)

Engagement Pictures
