Our Wedding (cont.)
Jamie Kutter, our good friend and Jen's Matron of Honor is the photographer that has done all of our engagement pictures and Jen's bridal pictures. She got a chance to take a break from lugging around her camera, but she lugged it around anyway, and took some great shots (along with our wedding photographer Lauren Clark). The pictures turned out great. Check out her website/blog for some other great pictures (including some of our engagement pictures).

Our Wedding
Well, we finally did it!! All the planning and stressing is finally over and we are finally married! Jen and I couldn't have been any happier with how the wedding turned out. A funny story (funny because I was not the one scrambling around Friday before the wedding...I'm sure Jen would have a different opinion of how funny the following story really is...). After discovering our florist was no good, Jen decided to order flowers herself and she, along with bridesmaids, her mother, and any and everybody available to help, made the bouquets, the boutonniere and all of the flower arrangements at the wedding. Well, Friday afternoon, 1 hour before our rehearsal dinner (the last hour available for wedding preparation) we get the news that our flower supplier would not be delivering our flowers until the following Friday. Obviously this would not help us. So Jen and her wonderful entourage visited every Sam's Club, Kroger's, and anywhere else that sells flowers and were able to pull off a near impossible feat and saved the wedding!
Other than that everything went pretty smoothly. More importantly, we are now married and are able to enjoy spending the rest of our lives together!
I know this page is lacking in the area of pictures, so here are some amazing pictures from the wonderful Lauren Clark. Check out her website (we're on the main page!!). (She was wonderful and the pictures turned out perfect, but Jamie is still our favorite! I'm glad Jamie got to be a part of the wedding, instead of snapping pictures from the sideline.)
Here is our wonderful wedding party. Josh is throwing the deuce...everybody else is pretty much normal. :)

My dance with an excited mother-of-the-groom!

Ok, another great story I just thought of...
So a couple of weeks before the wedding we went to the same man who had Jen's engagement ring made (which turned out great) to have a matching wedding band made for her. We were assured the ring would be ready for pick up in just a couple of days. 2 weeks and many calls and postponements later, one of my groomsmen (Cordy) picked the ring up for me on his way into town the day before the wedding. When Cordy got to town (the ring was in Sugar Land, a good 2 hours away) the ring was not right, to say the least. Another, more heated, phone call to the jeweler and I was assured he would work through the night to fix the ring. So, Saturday morning (6 hours before the wedding) my fearless DJ made the trek to and from Sugar Land to secure the wedding band. (Thank you Ryan!)

What a beautiful bride!

One of my favorites... Me and my bride at sunset.

Another favorite!

A few grass stains to remember this day!
