OH BOY...It's a GIRL?!

Welp, we were so sure we were having a boy, but were very pleasantly surprised Friday afternoon when the ultrasound showed us our little girl! I'm pretty sure "Jack Ryan" is off the table now, so we're working on finding the perfect little girl's name. She has very long legs, a tiny little button nose, her mommy's chin, and her daddy's high cheek bones. She's going to be gorgeous!

Secretly I've wanted a girl this whole time. I have to have my "daddy's girl" and now I will! Jen was also very concerned that she would never have her little girl (little boys run pretty rampant in my family), so now she can rest assured she will get her baby girl too!

Needless to say, I'm scared out of my mind now. Boys are easy (from my vast experience of not having a single child whatsoever) but girls are expensive! They wear like 3 outfits a day...and makeup, hair, nails...WEDDINGS!! Not to mention those faces they make that'll have you doing whatever they want! But I expect lots of love, excitement, and happiness come along with all that too, and I know everything is going to be awesome! I couldn't have picked a better person to raise a little girl with!
