Well, Friday afternoon we had an appointment scheduled for our 18 week ultrasound (this is when you find out the sex of the baby!) And the results were.....................we're only 16 1/2 - 17 weeks along... The tech tried to find out anyway, but Jack would not cooperate. We were kind of bummed that we couldn't find out (for sure, that is, because Jen and I already know...the doctors just need to get on the same page), but it is cool that we got to see our baby and that just means we get to see him 1 more time than we would have otherwise. He is a very active baby. The poor tech kept getting just the right shot to make all of his measurements when Jack would squirm around and totally contort himself so the process would have to start over (he thought she was playing with him).
On another note (maybe even more exciting news) this weekend I finally felt the baby kick for the first (and second and third...) time!!! It was such an awesome feeling, and is really indescribable unless you've ever experienced it for yourself!

I went to the same church as Jennifer did (First Assembly of God) Her and Candace Casper were friends and we all kind of hung out at some point in time.
